8 Authentic 1960s Dorothy C. Thorpe Glass Silver Band Champagne/Tall Sherbet Glasses. Good Condition. 6-1/4" High x 4-1/8" Diameter. Condition is good, with some minor but noticeable loss to the edge of the silver bands on ____ of the glasses. Mid Century Modern.

   The oxidation and tarnishing of the painted sterling silver bands need a very, very light pass of Tarn-X to become shiny, consistent, and gorgeous. Only minor silver loss to report.
     These iconic glasses are the work of one of the most collectible names in mid century design. Dorothy Thorpe's "Silver Band" glassware was prominently featured in Don Draper's office on "Mad Men" (see photo).  Perfect for any highbrow Man Cave. 

Each glass measures approx. 6.25" high x 4.125" diameter at the rim.
No nicks or chips in any of these eight glasses.
