Four Dorothy Thorpe Water Glasses

    Set of Four Dorothy Thorpe Water Glasses in FAIR condition: 
Two of these glasses have significant losses to the silver on the inside 
bands of the glasses (see photos). There are no chips in the glass. 
These Mid Century glasses can also be used for champagne. 
     There is some oxidation and tarnishing of the painted sterling silver bands, which
can usually be removed with a very light pass of Tarn-X. 
     These iconic glasses are the work of one of the most collectible names in
mid-century design.
Dorothy Thorpe's "Silver Band" glassware was featured in Don Draper's office on 
"Mad Men."  
 
Perfect for any highbrow Man Cave. 
Each glass measures 6.25" tall x 3" diameter. Authentic Vintage.
